The word transformative is often overused, so I try to avoid it. However, this year was nothing short of transformative for Contentoo.

So much happened. 

We launched a new brand, completed thousands of projects, introduced exciting new services, and added 16 new languages to help our clients connect with global audiences.

The fact is, none of this would have been possible without our community. Whether a client who trusted us to deliver, a freelancer who brought expertise, or a team member who turned ideas into results, our community was at the heart of everything we achieved.

In this recap, we’ll look back at the milestones that defined the year, the numbers that tell our story, and a little teaser of what’s ahead.

A new Contentoo

This year, we reimagined Contentoo with a complete rebrand. It wasn’t just about refreshing our visuals but about aligning with who we are today and where we’re heading.

We’re all grown up, going from provider to partner. Our clients face increasingly complex challenges, and we’ve evolved to meet them.

The new look highlights the human side of content creation—the drafts, iterations, and creativity that go into creating that good, high-quality work—paired with the efficiency and expertise our team brings to every single project.

This is more than just a new look. It is a sign of our commitment to improving content creation processes, from connecting you with the right experts to integrating with your workflows. We’re all about empowering your team and helping your business grow with excellent content.

Numbers always tell a story; this year, ours is one of growth, collaboration, and serious impact.

Here’s what we got done this year:

  • 20,143 projects completed:
    Thousands of ideas have been brought to life—from 13,132 writing projects to 4,849 translations and 308 design projects. Whether technical white papers, creative campaigns, or more complex multimedia designs, each project helped our clients face challenges, reach audiences, and make an impact.
  • 30 industries served
    Our clients come from diverse sectors, such as finance, tech, logistics, energy, and marketing. Whether writing fintech thought leadership content or creating visuals for a logistics brand launch, we brought industry-specific expertise to every project.
  • The top freelancers per industries we cater to include marketing (639), tech (443), finance (324), e-commerce (301), and logistics (177).
  • 59 total languages delivered
    With 16 new additions, we expanded our reach and helped brands connect with global audiences in culturally aligned ways through localised content.
  • Freelancer NPS of 97.75
    This number reflects the trust and satisfaction of our incredible freelance community, supported by our wonderful team.
  • 96.73% on-time delivery rate
    Deadlines matter. Almost every project was delivered on time, keeping our clients’ schedules on track.

  • 26.49% of projects delivered ahead of schedule
    Because exceeding expectations is just as important as meeting them.

Behind the numbers

Helping clients succeed

This year, we partnered with clients across industries to deliver over 20,000 projects. For some, this meant creating targeted campaign content to reach specific audiences. For others, it was about refining brand messaging or localising content for faster market expansion.

Every project had a unique goal, but the mission was always the same: to deliver excellent content that connects with the right people and drives results, from product launches to thought leadership.

By smoothing content processes and strengthening production capacity, we saved our clients thousands of hours, allowing them to focus on strategy rather than execution. 

Freelancers driving creativity

Our freelance network was behind every win. From writers doing their thing writing compelling stories to language experts ensuring cultural precision, their creativity and expertise set the standard for high-quality content.

This year, we expanded opportunities for freelancers by adding support for 16 new languages, allowing them to work on a broader range of projects. Their high satisfaction score of 97.75 shows the value we place on their contributions and the support they receive. We love our community!

A growing team

Contentoo isn’t just about doing great work. We’re a people-led business, and this year, we focused on building on our culture where creativity and ideas always thrive.

We welcomed new team members, and now we have a melting pot of 17 nationalities, each bringing fresh perspectives that enrich everything we do. 

From unforgettable team events like our New Year’s party and padel tournaments to regular after-work drinks, we found plenty of ways to bond and celebrate. And, in true Dutch style, we smashed over 1,000 toasties and cleaned out an impressive 120 jars of crispy chilli oil. That’s a lot of spice and a lot of bread.

Of course, it wasn’t all snacks and social stuff. We kept it moving with Holy Shred workouts, yoga sessions, and even perfecting golf swings during downtime. Along the way, there were more than 100 cheers to celebrate our big wins and the small victories that made the year memorable. Plus, our gorgeous CHOs kept us entertained all year.


So what’s next?

If this year was about transformation, next year is about acceleration. We’re going to do more, faster and better than ever. We’re applying everything we’ve learned this year to take on new opportunities.

Here’s what’s ahead:

  • Enhancing our platform: Rolling out enhancements and features to make collaboration smoother and more efficient.
  • Growing our network: Welcoming more talented experts and team members.
